Background: In the ice cream industry, it is very complex to design a premium that

can be supplied with the ice cream popsicles.

The Challenge: To create an innovative promotional premium that will increase sales

by making use of the wooden sticks of the popsicles.

The Solution: PPI Worldwide created a collection of Sea Animals whereby the wooden

sticks were used as a Lego component to create the final Sea Animal Toy. The idea was

to use the wooden sticks of the popsicles and assemble them to the Sea Animals. 

The main animal was sold in multi-pack boxes, thus boosting the popsicle sales.

The Results: The collection of the sticks surged sales, whilst the brand was perceived

by consumers as ecologically friendly.
